Community Room
The Daly City Public Library is pleased to provide a meeting room for
public use at the Serramonte Main Library. Meeting
room use is intended to enhance the Library's educational, informational,
recreational and cultural mission.
Facilities
The meeting room offers seating for 49, long sturdy tables, a podium, a projection screen, and a large-screen television
with VCR and DVD player.
Reservations
Applications for first-time use of the meeting room can be submitted
in person at the Library's administrative office, 40 Wembley Drive,
Daly City, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, or from 1:00-5:00 pm, Monday through
Friday. If you have rented the meeting room before, you may reserve
the room by telephoning (650) 991-8025. For an application click here.
Meeting Room Rental Rates
- Non-Profit Groups: $20.00 for the first 4 hours of use and $5.00
per hour thereafter
- For-Profit Groups: $50.00 for the first 4 hours of use and $10.00
per hour thereafter

Study Rooms
Study rooms are available at the Westlake Branch
and John Daly Branch for small group use. These rooms may be reserved for groups of two or more, but are also available
on a drop-in basis if not reserved. At the John Daly Branch, the room is open to individuals for silent reading room during after-school hours (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3:00-6:00pm and Wed 2:00-8:00pm). For our Study Room Policy, click here.
