Up Wellness: Free cooking
and nutrition classes from the Doelger Senior Center. Classes are
offered at several different
times and locations. The main focus of this program is to educate
seniors about cooking techniques, sanitation and safety in the
kitchen. new healthy recipes, basic nutrition and health, and low
cost, simple
